Syndicated Mortgage Investments

We believe that mortgages should be included in a diversified investment portfolio. Realtech underwrites, syndicates and manages mortgage investments for its private investor clients. Investors generally invest a minimum of $100,000 although investments at a minimum of $25,000 are accepted selectively.

Realtech primarily focuses on mortgages on properties that have unique market appeal and which are located in BC or Alberta. We differentiate ourselves from other syndication specialists by investing our own funds in each loan, limiting up-front set-up costs and providing detailed periodic (usually monthly) reports to investors on the status of their mortgage investment.

Over the years, Realtech’s investments have generally been subscribed very quickly and returns to investors have been excellent, resulting in a re-investment rate of over 95%.
