Realtech primarily focuses on mortgages on properties that have unique market appeal and which are located in BC or Alberta. We differentiate ourselves from other syndication specialists by investing our own funds in each loan, limiting up-front set-up costs, and providing detailed periodic reports to investors on the status of their mortgage investments.
